I transferred a policy from Louisiana to Tennessee. I paid 6 months in advance and the Tennessee policy was cheaper when I moved here. I am not being credited the money I paid in advance and despite efforts to understand where the money went I was told by Mia that she didn't understand either, the billing person had called me - which I later found out wasn't true because there isn't a billing person at the local office, and when I said I would cancel my policy Mia just said "okay". It's cancelled now and I'm going with USAA. I am very disappointed and have never had this experience with State Farm before.

Worst agency I've dealt with. When it comes time for them to do their job after taking your money, good luck.. it don't happen. I was hit by a semi while taking my son to school. I constantly had to call them over and over just to be sent to a different person every time with the assurance they were trying to get info on the truck driver who didn't have insurance. I was never helped. They're trained very well to act like they care while pocketing the money you pay them for nothing.. I'll never do business with state farm again thanks to this branch..
